Royal Mail Strike- Barons Court/West Kensington?

I am wondering as to whether any residents living in Barons Court or anywhere around West Kensington have been affected by the Royal mail strike? The website doesnt really make it clear that these areas are affected, though the postal service seems to be non existent at the moment. I understand parts of South and East London are being affected but what is the explanation for West London?

I have telephoned Royal mail. Pretty much useless
 
Live in the Midlands. Just received a letter sent from Sweden on 27 August!
Have read in the Daily Mail today about all the "Spanish practises" tolerated by Management! The sooner it is privatised the better!
