Hi Round2, just wondering if you are still about. It is awhile since we spoke and I am just wondering how you are doing. We are nearly eaching our 1st year of the fusion done !!! can you believe it.. Well I could if I felt abit better, and if there was a major improvement. I have alot of extra doctor visits going on at the moment, but believe I am going on the right road now. I am starting a rehab physio with a spinal rehab, so hopefully they will see how limited I am......... I am glad as I wasted about 9months with my other physio and all we did was pelvic tilts ! and leg clamps !! AND OF COURSE THE YOU ARE TIRED, NOW we will have some heat !!.

Would love to know how you are doing Pet, round1
