Roughly how long will it take me to Hitch-Hike from Central Alberta to Vancouver?

I'm not looking for ignorant comment saying I shouldn't be hitchhiking, Its illegal, etc.
So if thats what you have to say, Save your time and keep trolling through other questions.

I'm looking for a realistic general timeline.

.
Thanks for the ignorant remark there bud, But this isn't my first Rodeo =)
Believe it or not, There are still decent people out there in the world who have more good in their hearts then psychotic intentions.

9/10 times when I pass a hitchhiker, I actually stop and offer them a ride. Do you know what it feels like to have some say "God Bless You" just for picking them up and continuing in the same direction you were heading?

Most likely not, from the nature of your response.

Save your remarks for the pee-gallery buddie, I clearly stated I wasn't looking for some closed-minded, blue-collared desk jockie's opinion.

But thanks for your time anyway.
Thats the type of response I'm looking for!

Thanks so much, I've made it clear across Alberta (N + S) in 14 hours before, I think I had 6 people stop for me and traveled with each one for a few hours!

Never had a bad experience yet, but always was prepared.

You meet so many amazing people when you travel this way, the risk is worth the benefits. You will never see the country the same way as you will when you are drifting along.
