Will part numbers 44156-00 and 44136-00 fit a 10 Ultra?

Nope. Bolt pattern is the same, but they are not for the Brembos, they are for the Nissin's up to 2007

I think you will also find the hole in the centre of the rotor is smaller. In 2002 I think, Harley went from 3/4" wheel bearings to 1" and increased the size of the mounting ring that centres the rotor. Your bike has 25mm bearings, so also check that rotors from 02 later will fit.

I just took my rotors off my 2007. I didn't see a mounting ring that centers the rotors. Did I miss something?

I've just been out to the garage and checked my 2003 bike. Around the outside of wheel bearing there is thin shallow ring, as part of the hub, that centres the rotor. It is not a tight fit, so when you installed yours it shouldn't have presented any challenge! My 2007 Buell also has one for the rear rotor.

Those pn#'s were stock numbers so if they were shiny, they were polished. You could polish your own the same way.
