I have an image that I am using just for structure on a blogger website. I don't want to have to load the image in different ways (it is actually a website I am doing for someone else.) Is it possible to rotate the image simply using CSS, HTML or simple JavaScript.
I am aware that their are some other ways to do it, but since it is in blogger, I would like to limit the complexity I introduce. I'd rather just load an image if it gets to complex, but it was an interesting idea to at least find out if it can be done.
