What do I do? 6 months ago I got cable subscription for a year I was supposed to split the cost with my roommate. He wanted some movie channels i didn't so he is in part responsible for how much the bill is. But, he changed is mind, and I'm locked in. He pays rent, then I pay him. Is it wrong for me to give him less money for rent?
