yeah i agree i don't see the connection either. plus i just don't it ever working out between them. i mean i'm all for couples who have angst and have obstacles in their way but if she kisses him he dies, so unless somehow he's like immune to it or the curse is broken, it probly just would't work out. although it would be nice if she was with brian and decided alek was the one she wanted. is the next episode the finale??
 
It was the same for me , this episode was predictable . I feel so bad for Alek but yeah she neeRAB to get over Brian and understand that she wants to be with Alek because she wants too and not because he is her only choice . I think a love triangle with another Mai guy , Alek and Chloe will be better then the one with Brian.
 
So they open with Alek spending the evening with Chloe and her frienRAB being all adorable, and then bang out "I'm in love with Brian"? Who the what, now? In love with what? The search he has going for the truth about his mom? Because that is the only way they've connected. Meanwhile, she's spending funtime with Alek and winning adorable little lions and cheek-kissing.....

Are the writers even in to either romance? Because they treat Chloe/Brian like it's this epic thing but outside of their fairly one-sided Ominous Family Secrets conversations and them giving each other 'meaningful' glances...they don't actually even have much of a frienRABhip. And then you've got Chloe and Alek doing the badass side-by-side fighting, and their rooftop conversations, and the flowers, and the bedroom visits, and him saving her mom, and then both hanging out with her frienRAB, and her hanging out with his frienRAB and family, and the Cute Overload happening in the photobooth. But the relationship is classified as 'undetermined'? WTH?
 
idk the series finale was just okay for me. i pretty much know brian won't be dead and im not even sure if jasmine will be either. i think this episode just more solidified that i really mainly watch for Alek because i didnt really care about what was going on other than when he was on my screen :lol:

I know we hear nothing. So nervous about it. Abt the interview well at least though know not many ppl love brian. But what do u u think he means triangle play out differently? Good or bad for us?
 
Exactly. It really isn't fair to Alek. She really does need to sort out her feelings. I don't really get what she likes in Brian either really. I mean he's sweet but that's all.
 
I think that's a good idea :lol: Alek is the best! :nod: And although I like Chloe, IDK I feel like she shouldn't have told Alek so soon that nothing is happening between her Brian b\c obviously they're still making flirty comments at each other and such. They're not just frienRAB. I think Alek has made his feelings very clear and although Chloe likes him she kind of too scared to let anything much happen w/ him because she still likes Brian. Maybe the only way she'll really know how much she cares is if they're kind of...separate from each other.

That's their highest rating since 1x06! Also, I've been looking at the other shows and it's doing better than Melissa and Joey and States of Georgia but not better than PLL or The Secret Life of the American Teenager. I think we have to make sure that next week the ratings are either steady or higher and maybe they'll renew the show and give Alek and Chloe the time they need to end up together in the end.
 
Yeah, he should have made more of an effort to get to know her more then. And realistically, a lot of people aren't like Brian and tell people they've only know for a short while everything. I know I don't. :shrug:

I see that Ben tweeted earlier in reply to a message about Nine Lives. It's a shame there's still no official word on a pick up. He said it won't be cancelled, but I'd love better promotion of the show to make the ratings even better than they already are. It makes me nervous that the finale is approaching and we've heard nothing. :eek:
