I am going to be putting my home up for sale soon and I am concerned about the city inspection of the roof. I live in an older home which is located in an older neighborhood and it has three layers of aged roofing installed. That said, there are no leaks or problems or obvious safety issues. I need an expert or educated opinion on whether or not the city can cite me for this come inspection time.
