So you believe a community has the right to bar a minority group from all aspects of society based purely on appearance? Why would you want to be part of a society like that?

LOL. I don't feel that I'm racist. Define racist, since you like to throw the term so liberally.

I don't particularly agree with Ron Paul, I'm not from this country originally, and I believe that all the inequality is caused by social stigma on the part of both black and white. I have spent time around both black people and white people, and heard arguments of distrust from both, and I'll say this:
What hope does a black child have when his parents tell him from day one that "he's been wronged by white people?" What's a child to think when fed statistics which tell him he's not going to do as well in school? That child is automatically on some level going to think he's inferior. On the flip side, young impressionable white minds will start thinking on some level that they are superior.

Pretty soon there's another poisoned generation, and I have no idea how to end this vicious cycle.

Why would a black man want to go to a restaurant with an owner that would rather them not be there?

If the owner hates blacks, wouldn't blacks rather know that? I sure would.

Why would any black person want to give a white man a dollar if he hates them?

If there was a chinese restaurant in town that the owner hated white people, and would rather ban all white people from coming, I'd want to know so that fuck can go out of business and not take my hard earned money. It is dishonest for the govt to trick me into thinking the person isn't racist. That is the real crime.
 
And again, what is said minority group supposed to do in this situation? Pack up and leave town because the white people say so?
 
learn what the Constitution does. hint: it doesn't allow or not allow a business to do anything.

Do you realize the resources it takes to start a business from scratch?

Do you really think that in some small town down south with a 90% white population and prevailing racist attitudes a minority could start a business from scratch and compete with the store that's been there for a hundred years?

It's pretty hard to boycott when you're the minority and the majority doesn't need your contribution to succeed.



I don't think that. I think that it's hard for minorities to succeed in a majority white society when the white man makes it harder for them than they would a fellow white man, and that happens a lot.
 
I'm going out on a limb here, but I'd guess a large part of the reason you don't see any problem with this position is because as a white person you've never had to worry about being excluded from anything based only on the color of your skin.
 
Ok, moron. How is the Federal Government limited from outlawing segregation in private enterprise?

If he wants to be a retarded racist bastard and miss out on sales, that's his business. And why would you want to go to his store if you knew the guy hated _____ group and you could only go because the federal govt was forcing him ? He'd probably rip you off. Or at least treat you like shit.
