Rogers Wireless keeps on charging me.?

I subscribed to Rogers Wireless a few months ago, however I talked to them a few weeks ago to tell them I want to cancel my subscription with them and the lady said yeah. Now a month after that I am charged AGAIN 600 dollars and paid for it about 3 days after the billing, NOW they placed me in Collectors burrow [I think] something for "bad credit". BUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING AND CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, do they have the right do that? They didn't even notify me of their actions and the customer service guy was being an asshole!

Can someone please help me out here.. I don't want to have bad credit for something I HAVE been paying for.
