Ok, so i got a LG Neon this month last year.... and well, i have come to realize that its a peice of crap. I have my eye on the Blackberry Bold 9700 so i want to get that. but since Im on a threee year team and have only been on it for a year can i upgrade now or do i have to wait another year... I hope that that makes enough sense... thanks.
