Rogers Retention Plan?

Hey I my contract is expiring soon and I was wondering if this was a good deal Rogers is offering me
- 200min anytime
- Voice mail/caller ID/ Unlimited texting
- my 5
- Free on weekends and after 6pm
- first month free
- 500mb of data.
All of this will be $47/month... is this a good deal? also $150 for the Black Berry 9700
