Rogers phone with MS Outlook Sync?

We're looking at uprading our corporate cel phones on Rogers. For a business phone, features like MP3, Camera and Video do not excite me. Our more frequent travellers already use Blackberries. For the rest of our users however, I am looking for the best feature set for a business environment. Features I value would be:

Quad band
Bluetooth
Speakerphone
MS Outlook Sync for Contacts, Calendar, Reminders

Which phones feature the best integrated PIM with MS Outlook sync capability? Obviously the Treo and Blackberry fit the bill, but I think we're looking for something smaller & more basic (cheaper).

Any reccomendations?

Motorola's A780 would be a good choice for you. It's a little bit older, but VERY functionable.

I'm not sure very many phones sync well with Outlook. And any that do are likely higher end smartphones. Being that you're on contract with Rogers really limits you to the phones that they have. And to be honest, I think that the blackberry and/or Treo is your best bet.

6103.....miniscule upgrade from 6101. From what I remember, it's not a quad-band phone. Canada / US has an additional frequency over 1900. 850 is a newer N.American standard. Not all phones has it. For optimal reception, check to see that your phone of choice has 850 / 1900 standards.

I've never used Nokia's PC suite. Check to make sure it's compatible with your phone and your current version of outlook. Additionally, check to see if you like the User Interface. Same with the Motorola. I don't care how amazing people feel something is, if everyone hates using it, no one will end up using it.

From what I can see of the Nokia, the UI will be tough to use....but I've never used it, so don't take my word for it.
