Called Rogers tonight to see what they are doing about the SPAM issue going around for BlackBerry users and they had a status update as of Thursday afternoon saying that they knew of the issue and they were working on a resolution. But no ETA will be available.
Also if someone is on the .5 or 1MB plan that when they get their bill and there is a data overage for that customer they should call and talk to data billing about it.
