I want to use my rogers cell phone I use to use a long time ago and I want to go on the specific plan of $20 a month for unlimited text messaging for pay as you go. But I want to know if i buy 20 dollar pay as you go cards will that cover it, or do you need to have some money on your phone to use this plan like buying a 25 dollar card
