Rogers blocks theme installation?

I can't seem to be able to install a theme on my rogers locked BB Pearl. I have read everything on this site and it still won't work. Anyone else have this problem?

Did you buy your Pearl from Rogers or second hand? What happens when you try to install a theme? How are you trying to install the theme?

I think a lot of the Roger branded Pearls are missing the theme reader file which should be included in the o.s.
Check to see if that file is installed, i'm guessing it will be missing and may be the reason you themes are missing.

options/advanced options/blackberry 4.2 core applications. Look for com_plazmic_theme_reader.
