exactly, but what's fucking retarded is these assholes who are blaming the CURRENT money problem on people that voted against what they wanted, and taking it out in the most childish ways.

It's not bad reasoning to fire 6 people due to a money crunch, it's retarded to base his decision solely on their political beliefs, regardless of their work ethic

every business now has to buy health insurance for every employee, and if they don't get 'em health insurance, they have to pay a fee per employee. bullshit. fuck 'em, they voted for him, they should get fired.

No one really knows what is going to happing when he is actually running the country.

Could the current economy have something to do with having to fire people? hmmm

Obama has stated time and time again he intends to raise taxes.

Either way, who cares? It's their business. They're doing something right if they're driving Lambos.

Why not fire 6 people and make the rest of the employees work harder? Makes perfect sense to me from a business owner's point of view. As an employee, I wouldn't like it, but that's why I can go work somewhere else.

While I agree 100%, it's noy my decision to make. A business owner will most likely always look out for his/her best interest.

Most places hire at-will employees and can fire them for any reason or no reason at all.

You left work with a pen? Fired for stealing.
You forgot to call someone back? Fired for unsatisfactory work performance.

A business owner can fire anyone he wants and find something to legitamately put against them.

In Georgia, businesses have to pay for unemployment if the employee was laid off or fired (even for unsatisfactory job performance). Of course, the business can always fight the claim and win if they want to.
