Rod Carew or Ichiro Suzuki?

Which one would you rather have on your team?
I think these guys are pretty comparable.

Carew lifetime BA .328 over 19 seasons and .388 avg in 1977.

Suzuki lifetime BA .333 over 9 seasons and .372 avg in 2004.
