Rocking motion coming from right tire of 92 Dodge Caravan?

This motion comes and goes been doing so for quite some time, im driving and sometimes when i pick up a certain amount of speed there comes this slight rocking motion that can be felt in the gas pedal and steering wheel, but it feels like its coming from the right tire Could this be the CV joint? or something much worse,
