I have a rockford fosgate power 500 amp and kicker CVR 12" dual 2 ohm well i have it all hooked up in my honda civic accord and it bumps hell hard! but when i play it all the way the woofer makes a popping type noise when turned up all the way loud. Is the amp blowing my subwoofer????? it doesnt sound like that when turned up medium. Sub is in a sealed box too.
Okay, i went out for a listen again it sounds like the sub is bottoming out (coil hiting the back of the magnet) the gains are hard to get to because they are all the inside the amp and i'd have to stick something to adjust? its an old amp too.
