Rockford Fosgate P2L-212, Amp Reccomendation?

Ok so i have a component system in the front, 2-6 1/2's on the rear deck, looking for some bass in the trunk so i can do a high pass filter inside, I'm buying the P2L-212's and looking for a good amp for it, I'd like to stay with RF, not looking for a window flexing kind of power, but I dont want it to be underpowered. I was thinking about the P300-2, any suggestions?
Yeah i already have a R300-4 for the mids/highs, I was asking if the P300-2 was appropriate for the P2L-212
 
I suggest 2 separate amps, one for the sub, one for the component speakers. If you have a tight budget check out KOLE amps, best bang for your buck.
