I can't find a specific solution to this so here goes. I have a rockford 250x2 and i usually run it in 2 ohms with my two kicker cvr 12's. I put it in a different car and only have one sub now. I have dual 2ohm voicecoils so i'm wondering if it's ok to drop it into 1ohm or if there's a way to drop this sub into 2ohms(doubt it) but hey .. it's worth a shot.
