I have two rockford fosgate p3 subs with a amp that needs a capacitor.. The lady at best buy said I wont need some little chip that came with it.. I did no initial charging and when I hooked it up I hooked it up with the power running to it then the amp then the ground from the negative to the amp.. I also had it grounded to my car with the amps previous ground.. All wires 4 gauge.. And my lights still dim and everything is just the same.. What do I do to charge it if i have to and what did i do wrong? Please be as specific as possible if you could
