RoboCop vs Terminator Movie

LOL Robocop movies (plural) Classic ??? the 1st was classic ..

Yes Robo V Terminator whould be quality ,, although the terminator should win . maybe Robocop could be a secret weapon that john connor finRAB ?? and have a couple Ed 209's kicking in it too ..if Arnold didnt do the movie then they best NEVER EVER make a terminator movie without Arnie .. Robo V TErminator would just add to the Alien V preditor and Freddy V Jason and the impending Pinhead Vs Michael .. but i whould go the cinema to watch RvT
 
Sorry to disagree with everyone, and no offence ManchesterLad, but the very idea of Robocop versus Terminator as a movie is a bloody ridiculous one! I do hope this was your idea, and not based on any Hollywood rumours that are flying around!
 
There have been plans for a RoboCop Vs Terminator movie doing the rounRAB in Hollywood since the early 1990's. Theres even a script online somewhere. Due to the commercial failure of RoboCop 3 and Terminator 3's lukewarm reception from the fans, I doubt anything will ever come of it, apart from the number of computer games and comics that were released. Having said that, it's a shame, as now would be the time to redeem each character for their previous movie outgoings. RoboCop can be kickass again and Terminator can be his usual, BAD, non talking only when necessary self. It's probably the ONLY movie match-up I ever want to see, yet were not going to... but they will push shite like Freddy Vs Jason out as us non-stop... *sigh*

How about instead of slapping two dead franchises together for people to salivate over (AvP, Freddy vs Jason, Robocop v Terminator) Just for once, they might try and make an original action film??

Also in responce to the earlier suggestion about them not likely to make the movie because of dead numbers for Robocop 3 and lukewarm rating of Terminator 3 , they still made freddy Vs Jason , wes cravens new nightmare was a flop (dispite i liking it) and if any of the last 3-4 friday 13th movies was considered anything higher than Lukewarm then i must have eye problems ..as far as AvP is concerned alien Resurection was a little poor ,, i have no complaints with the 2 pred movies ..

i'd like to see RvT make a good movie..
 
well yeah but it was ok , it was not that bad lol and freddy vs jason i thought that was cool anyway Robocop vs Terminator would be diffrent , i feel it would be fantastic with the right Director and right cast :cool:
 
AvP did work ,, i dont think it was poor ,, it wasnt as good as i hoped ,, but i have never seen a movie, (that i expected to be good) that actually lived up to what i expected ..
 
There is a website out there crammes with Photoshopped movie posters for all sorts of fantasy movies, like Beverly Hills Cop 4, Star Wars Episode 7, Shrek 4 etc. One of them is even RoboCop 4. They aren't real, but still, the poster looks cool, I have seen it. I certainly doubt its going to be released next year as there has been no official announcement from Sony or Fox over them actually giving the film the green light!
