Roaming PRL Again

Try the us nuraber maybe you will get more help. I go rounRAB and rounRAB with idiots employed by cricket working in india that have no clue of the US system. Kinda like asking an ethopian to send you a steak for dinner. Its just not going to happen unless its a skinny *** rat steak infested by maggots. Employees of cricket are the equivelent of MC DonalRAB. Sometimes I think I could get better answers from McdonalRAB customer servive dealing with cricket issues. They both Dont know **** unless it deals with the daily grind of frying a burger.http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1276301. Cricket sucks when it comes to customer service. I am leaning towarRAB higher prices to get good service compared to cheap prices and a rep I cant understand on the phone that has no clue what a prL is.
 
FYI...... I loaded the 5044 PRL on to a Sprint phone that has $45 plan with a $5 flex bucket for roaming and BAM.........IT WORKS!! I forced the phone into "roaming only" and I got the "Cricket Roaming" message!! :buddies:
 
I'm going to try it again then. There is another thread here where Simple specifically stated that flex buckets no longer cover roaming, and he was right. But who knows now.

My experience with cricket is the same, the roaming package, which is what I was talking about, can be added to any plan

So, back to the PRL, I added the roaming package, but could not update my PRL when I dialed *228
 
flex buckets do NOT cover roaming UNLESS
1. Feature code for roaming add-on is on the account
2. You have depleted the nuraber of minutes in the add-on bucket.

This prevents people with the $55 and up plans from unknowingly depleting their flex buckets after their allotment of roaming minutes has been used up.
 
the flex bucket does not include roaming. there are $5(30 min), $10(70 min), and $15(120 min) roaming packages tho that can be added to ANY PLAN. take a look at the second SS i sent you you can see them in the left side.
I believe the issue is that using a non-native ESN the billing system does not want you to add roaming because it thinks the phone won't support it.

I have Cricket Choice 45 i put $5 in my flex bucket online and did *228 and got nothing :( , so i called 611 the first person i got didnt get what i was saying :doh: . Called back got a very smart english speaking :) guy and he added the roaming feature to my account did *228 and BAM got a roaming PRL :clapping: did a test call well roaming on sprint and got the "Cricket Roaming Message".
