Roaming Premium Extended Coverage on Flashed Phones?

I live in Phoenix, AZ and went to Las Vegas all last week. Before I left, I updated my $50 to the new $50 plan with Roaming Premium Extended Coverage and 30 Roaming minutes. When I got there, I was only able to roam with my 30 minutes, I believe. I was also in the Las Vegas cricKet market, but still Verizon Roaming. So my main question, does the extended coverage work on flashed phones?

Other Questions.
2) When in the extended coverage does it show the roaming triangle or act like normal?
3) does web work in the extended coverage area?

Sin City is a AWS market only which means it neeRAB a AWS phone, no other company aside from metropcs and T-Mobile(GSM) use AWS and since TM is GSM there phones wont even work on Cricket, thats why it didnt work.

and if you go into PEC that are not AWS your flashed phone will work, also if you a AWS phone from MetroPCS and flash it and yes it will work in Sin City.
