A few weeks ago I had my cupping front tire replaced under warranty at the dealer. All the way home I heard lots of brake noise coming from the right front. Got the bike up on the lift and the wheel would hardly move. Turns out the right front fork leg wasn't pushed all the way up against the axle spacer so the brake rotor wasn't centered between the pads. Loosened the clamp nuts a little bit gave the fork a couple of "gentle" taps with a rubber mallet, retorqued the nuts and all was good.

I don't think you should have had to have done that. Person doing change should be more carefull, don't you think?

I agree with you completly. The dealer should have done it right the 1st time. It was my choice to complete the job myself. It took me 10 min. to reposition the fork leg and it would've taken me 1 to 2 hrs. to go back to the dealer and have them do it. IMO, they had already had the bike for 2 days doing the tank recall and the tire and it was a beautiful Saturday morning. I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time on it. There was riding to be done. I did however, let them know they screwed it up, in person.
