Road King bars with risers

I have a 2010 Road King Classic and while I like the bars that are on the bike, they make me sit forward and reach down. Has anyone used the handlebar cover and risers with their original bars?

I would like to know what the risers look like and does it simply bring the bars further up and back as it seems like they would??
 
They do exactly that: up and back. I put some 4" pullback risers on mine, I also have the heritage bars, and it made my ride alot more comfortable.

Thanks for the pics, that is yours with 4" and Heritage bars? Did you have to extend your cables, wires, etc..?

Dealer did it one hour labor, kept the stock cables, cover that the risers go thru is in the HD catalog, item # 55879-10 chrome. If you do it, it is also a good time to upgrade to the poly handlebar bushings, which I also did.
