road bike too big. the frame that i have is a lil too tall for me.?

i just got a road bike but its a lil too big. are there available smaller tires/rims so the bike would fit me better?
 
Well if its just that you are too far off the ground, try smaller tires or lowering your seat. But if it is uncomfortable to reach the handlebars/pedals then take the bike back and see if you can get a smaller frame.
 
Yes there is you probably have 2 700c wheels you can change to 650c so it can fit your height you should ask your local bike shop to help you with that.
