road bike help and sizing!!?

i'm about 6 feet and i was wondering what should my bike size be?

I was also wondering if anyone knows any cheap and legit online sites to buy bikes off of?

Hi, its funny asked, because i was just surfing the web for the same info. I found one good site for sizing and here is a cheap bike i was looking at with some good reviews, i dont know what's cheap to you but you can check my sources for the links.
