I have been off roaccutane for 3 months now and ive started to get little spots round my mouth. I am worried that my acne is returning. I was on accutane for 4 months and only had one small spot in 7 months. What is the longest amount of time that anyone who has been on roaccutane, has stayed clear of acne for? Thanks
