Ringtones for my phone?

Okay, so I know about Myxer.com, but that doesn't work for my phone. I have att. Idk why it doesn't work, but it doesn't. I just got a USB cord for my phone to upload pictures from my computer, mp3 full songs. But idk how to get ringtones using that.
Can someone help me please?
