Ringtone problem with my W600i

I have a w600i that will only ring whatever the main ringtone is set as. It will not ring the ringer ID rings, it only rings the main ringtone for everyone. All the ringtones will ring if set up as the main ringtone, so it is not the ringtones themslves.

Has anyone ever had this problem? How can I fix this?
 
Try a master reset. If that doesn't work, try a firmware update through SEUS. If all else fails, flash the fw through wotanserver or davinciteam.
 
I did a master reset, and according to SE update service, I have the latest software. However I ran it anyway.

Turns out, my wifes's contact was in there twice, one had no ringtone associated with it, deleted that one and it works now.

However, there is another problem now. The camerawon't work. Sometimes it will go to the camera funtion, but the screen stays black (no picture). Other times, it will go to the camera function, but after a second or two, will go back to the main phone screen.

Anyone ever had this problem and know what is wrong and how to fix it?
