every time i ring up the DSA about trying to get a cancellation for a driving test, no matter what options i go through it tells me the service is too busy or unavailable and hangs up on me!
has anyone else had this problem? is there anything i can do to get through?
(I've found the internet does show cancellations so don't suggest changing it there please =D)
