ring tones in sidekick lx 2009?

hi! i have a sidekick lx 2009 but problem is I'm in the Philippines and i can't get data service on it. is there a way to get data service so that i can email the ring tones to my phone? if not, is there any other way that i can customize my ring tones? even my sms tones and download apps? thanks!
