Ring-tones for the samsung moment! PLEASE HELP!?

Well ive had the samsung moment for awhile now and i try to use phonezoo.com for my ring-tones. they will download to the phone but they stay in the downloaded folder and i cant set them as my text tone. Can someone please help me on how to get it so i can use them as my text tone
