Rinehart 4 inch slip ons on the way!

The new 4" rinehart baffles remove easily. Just remove the end cap and the baffle pulls right out. Have thought about wrapping the baffles with packing put to date I have'nt. If someone does please post the results.

Mine just came yesterday(Thanks Dr. VTwin~Shawn) ...It only took 1 day. We are putting themon tonight but with my bike still torn apart from the apes...I will have a picture and video on Tuesday.

Just got my new 4" on. First impression is the new 4" are deeper with less sharp crackle and more rumble, making for more pleasant long days in the saddle. very impressive looking too with the large full length 4" body and opening. less ear ringing at the end of the day than the 3.5", like she said "1/2" makes a big difference"

I just received this note from Rinhart about changing the baffles in these. Good stuff!

"yep, you can use a 2.5" hi flo, standard, or quiet."

I too have a 2010 Street Glide and like your exhaust setup. My question is what stock number are the Rinehart mufflers? One the Rinehart site I have found the slip-ons and the true duals (which I assume include the headers which I do not want). Are they they these 500-0100? I thought about getting the full Rinehart setup with the headers, but like the looks of the V&H headers better (appear to be 2-1-2).

I have been looking for a video of a 2010 SG sporting the Rineharts since that was the way I want to go. Its hard to dish out that kind of money not knowing what they will sound like. I appreciate posting the vid, going to order the rinehart true duals, fuel pack, and hypercharger right after i post this.

KutenFLHX... No, that is not the correct part number for the new 4" Rinehart Mufflers. Those are the old 3.5" mufflers. As far as I know, Rinehart doesnt even have the new 4" mufflers (slip-ons) on their web site yet. I did it the easy way and called Fuel Moto direct. Told them what I wanted... They new exactly what I needed. They even mapped the Power Commander 5 for me before they shipped it out. So, I recommend calling Fuel Moto, or Dr. V-Twin or any of the other forum sponsors and let them know what you want. They will know exactly what part number it is for your 2010 Street Glide.

Those new 4 inchers are bad-ass! And yes, the V&H Power Duals header i put on my bike is a 2-1-2 set-up.

Yea, much better sound, no droning, no head banging, but less MAN-LY??/WTF does that mean? Guess us dual pipe guys aren't as MAN-LY according to others? I don't need no stinking exhaust pipe to confirm my MAN-LY-NESS......hahaha...well I guess I am another pussified man with better sounding and looking exhaust. hahahaha
