Rims for a 2001 Corolla off of a 1997 Honda Civic?

I recently purchased a set of rims off eBay for my 2001 Corolla LE, but found out later they were actually off of a 1997 Civic. Every thing's the same (14 x 6 rim size, 4 x 100 bolt pattern) except for one slight detail: the center bore is 67.1mm on the rims (my Corolla's center bore is 54.1mm). Can I still safely use the rims?
 
Yes. The lug nuts will center the wheel on the hub. You just need to make sure that the lug surface of the wheel will accept the lug nut that is on your car. If not you can buy some at the autoparts store that will.
