I bought a second hand car of a car dealer from eBay. Car was described as good runner etc just passed mot never let me down discretion had normal comment about dents scratches etc. The car is a vauxhaul corsa 1.2 1997 registered. Whilst taking the car home I notices the drivers seat was on an angle so the back of the seat is broken the passenger door does not open from the outside. The gear box is slightly faulty getting it into gear etc. I have had the car four days second time I used it drive home from work filled it up with petrol when I go to start the car up nothing it does not turn over I had to be towed home which cost me a fair bit. Where do I stand as to repair or refund? If anyone could shed a little light in this for me it would be a huge help
