i have just moved into a council house and have been told by my neighbour that she has right of way through my garden .but it is not for refuse as she has wellie bins at the front of her house .can anyone tell me what she can use it for .as this is very upsetting that they can come into my garden whenever they want ,i phoned the council to see what could be done,i was just told that it was a Right of way ,but i could not get any more information now i have no privacy can you please help thank you .
