...robbed 2 ounces of weed? so i went into his garage and robbed his laptop out of anger lol, now i have to go to the police station for an interview, i need to know what to say because i cant just say i stole it because he stole my weed, also i need to know wether it will be classed as burglary when his garage door was open, and if so what wil i get for it. i have no previous criminal record
 
It was stupid to have drugs in the house in the first place.

There is no way out of it, you just have to own up otherwise you look like a cold blooded thief OR a thief and a drug addict.

Take your pick.

You will get into less trouble if you just own up to stealing the laptop for no reason. Otherwise you will get charged with posession of a drug and stealing as opposed to just stealing.
