right i was thinking about 250 crunches 250 reverse 250 bicycle and 250 side?

now im on 100 crunches 100 reverse and 50 sides once a day minimum twice a day max is there any side effects like if i do everyday will my muscles stop grwoing or something like that i was going to do the above but i mite gradually get more like 5 more of each a day
