Hi , was having the same problem and went to doc. She thought it might be tendinitus ( spelling) and want me to wear a elbow brace for 2 months 7-24 . Well that actually made it worse and I couldnt stand it anyway. So I just tried not to use that arm to give it a rest, And so far it has gotten better. She also said if that didnt work then she would check into it being carpel tunnel. So if you want to check into that, sothats all I got to help. Hope you figure it out. home sweet home
