this will sound gross, so i apologize in advance. but when i was in the 6th grade, i rode a bike a lot and i never remember it hurting me, i always enjoyed it. last night i decided to start riding again after 7 years, and well, my vag is KILLING me. it hurts to sit, stand, anything! i thought maybe if i just keep doing it, then i'll quickly get used to it, you know? but i tried to ride again tonight and barely made it at all, it hurt so bad that i began to cry and had to stop. my knees are in a lot of pain as well, but not nearly as bad as the other part. is there something i'm doing wrong? any way to help this pain and prevent it so i can ride my bicycle?
