Riding experience.. learning to extract...

Thanks Five. Thats the nicest thing any one has said about my riding. 20 years of MX racing I would guess.

Ben is a nice young man. I would be proud to call him my oun, but no. Never been to Texas.

I am also with you about riding with buddys.
I will not ever quit street riding. The track is great, but to far away for me to make it my only ride.

Im even going to let you call me Stimmy. Only TW and you have my permition for that.
The rest of you? You can still call me Sir. Hahaha...

Interesting outlooks. I do agree that canyons are dangerous not only because of the roads themselves but also the other riders/cars out there. Hence why I tend to ride fairly reserved when I do go out.

Its interesting what it being said of streets... that's the type of track Im interested in as I'm truly not interested in doing a track like Big Willow.. In a car it's really not challenging except for a few corners and I'm sure the speed can be intimidating for someone new to tracking on a bike. Cal Speedway is interesting to me. It's obviously well taken care of.. but most of the time, I'm guessing that motorcycle track days there do the Roval?

I had a blast at streets, felt it was safe as well.

To the OP, I am a huge fan of taking a school. I won't write a "novel" here explaining why, its just nice to get reinforcement and pointers.

Bottom line is take it to the track.

(Nice shots in the canyon, stay safe)

I'm lazy, so I stick with Fontana, WSIR and Buttonwillow. I really like Fonana, but am kinda sick of it at this moment.

Streets is super dangerous. If they got rid of the corner that goes into a bloody parking lot!!! Then, I'd think about going back.
