Personally, I hate helmet, seat belt and many of the other nuisance laws imposed on individuals as some kind of liberal "do goodie" agenda.
We all know the benefits of proper safety equipment and doing what we can to insure we live to ride another day. All that we can ask is that the individuals that choose not to use protective gear or choose to ride in an unsafe (aggressive) manner have the sack big enough to accept the consequences when it happens.
I am still amazed at the sheer number of riders here in southern Indiana that don't even wear eye protection. Keep it up guys, the roads will be better with fewer of you squinty bastards taking up the line.
