Riddles for you! Can you solve them!?

Im bored so heres some riddles!

1) A woman shoots her husband, holds him underwater for 20 minutes, then hangs him out to dry. An hour later they enjoy a lovely dinner together? How can this be?? (they are both alive!)

2) You have been found guilty of a crime, but the judge has allow you to pick your imprisonment. You can either: be trap in a room raging fire, be trap in a room with Lion's that havent eaten in three years, or in a room that has assassins with loaded guns. Which one do you pick?

3) Does England have a 4th of July?

4) The great magician, Tom, is able to predict the score of every football game before he starts. He is ALWAYS right! Why?

5) If you are caught doing this, then you will go to jail, but if you have already done this, then there nothing anyone can do. What are you doing?

4. "Tom, is able to predict the score of every football game before HE starts." Is that a typo because if it is, then when Tom starts to predict the scores, the football game is already over.

3) Yes, they just don't celebrate it as Independence Day
4) I think you mean "before it starts" not "before he starts" and if so, then the prediction will always be 0-0 because no one can score points before the game starts.
