Riddle "This man's Father is my Father's son..."?

2 men were in a museum. 1 man looked a portrait and said to the other man "siblings i have none, but this man's father, is my father's son". who is the portrait to the man who said this.......?
 
the mans son or because he said this mans father is my fathers son and if he had no siblings it had to be his son
