The teacher asks person A if he is a truth teller or a liar
The teacher couldnt hear person A so he asks person B
Person B answers person A said he was a truth teller
Person C says person B is a liar
Is person C a liar or a truth teller?
 
person C is unknown. not enough information is given about person C.

1. A=liar
2. A--->B
3. A=truth
4. B=liar
5. C=?

because neither person A or B called C liar and nor the teacher.
 
Person C is telling the truth because he wasn't asked directly but chimed in to make sure the truth was known.
 
is something missing about how many truth tellers and liars there are supposed to be?

if there can be only one liar

than C is the liar which makes A and B truth lellers
