Can someone tell me why i keep hearing from people i m such a good catc h, id be such a bf to someone, and yet im alone. in fact on my Fourth failed relationship? I know im not relationship material, but everyone around me seems to think im amazing. Im not. so my question is, am i wrong or are my friends wrong? if im so amazing why is the constant to all my failed relationship me?
PS. yea i sound like a whinny b*tch, i know, but im tiered of being told things and not having anything to show for it.

Your friends may be wrong because, well, they don't LIVE with you. You could be a great guy but a bitch to live with.

Maybe it IS you. It's not unusual for people to go torpedoing their own relationships or sabotaging their own happiness. It's kind of like suicide, but you don't kill yourself, you just keep blowing things up so your life is always a mess.

The cause? Being uncomfortable in your own skin. You need to talk to a professional to get over that. I used to be that way. You need to decide what you want out of life and that you are going to go after those things. If you don't succeed, don't worry about. Life is about the journey and what you learn along the way- not the finish line.

You're probably a great person, but are just too self conscious to accept that.

You sound a bit "defeatist." Do you set out to sabotage your relationships at the start or allow yourself the chance to see where it will go? Maybe you need to look in mirror and see what you need to work on about yourself. Confidence and a positive attitude can make a world of difference is any relationship and yourself. Take the compliments for what they are and make them work for you. The only thing holding you back is you (the whinny bit*h)
 
You sound exactly like me. I'm also on my 4th failed relationship, and yet everyone tells me how wonderful I am. I think the people who say that are just trying to make me feel better. I don't believe them.
